Done admiring the problem?

Most consultants hand you a deck and wish you luck. We've actually run the things we advise on — startups, factory floors, classrooms, supply chains, cockpits. Fitting Solutions brings systems and design thinking to leaders and organizations ready to stop diagnosing and start fixing.

Corporate, education, transportation, public sector — the industries differ, the patterns don't. Broken systems look remarkably alike once you know what to look for.

Tell us what's not working. The first conversation is free, and it's usually the most useful meeting you'll have all month.

Flying Coach™ Forget the 30,000-foot view. Take the controls at 3,000.

No corner office up here. No slide deck, no script, no place to hide. Just you, the controls, and decisions that matter — with a seasoned executive and FAA-certified flight instructor in the seat beside you.

Flying Coach™ pairs real flight experience with executive and personal coaching. In the cockpit, the habits that run your life become visible: how you handle pressure, ambiguity, feedback, and the moment the plan changes. Then we land, debrief, and turn what you just lived into how you lead.

One seat. One coach. One conversation you can't have anywhere else.

The 30,000-foot view is a metaphor. This isn't.

Leadership Development Programs

Leadership development for people who actually have to decide things. Systems thinking, real scenarios, and feedback that doesn't flatter.

Organizational Design and Strategy

Org charts describe; organizations behave. Org design is the foundation of culture. We redesign how work actually flows — roles, incentives, handoffs — so your strategy survives contact with Monday morning, and your culture survives change.

Systems Thinking Workshops

Hands-on workshops that teach your team to see the loops behind the symptoms — and stop re-fixing the same problem every quarter.

Public Service and Transportation Consulting

Agencies and transportation operations run on constraints the private sector never sees. We design for the rules as they are, not as a slide wishes they were.

Education Sector Leadership Support

For school and district leaders balancing mandates, budgets, and actual students. Advice from people who still teach every day — not someone who remembers teaching.

Sustainability Integration Consulting

Sustainability that survives the budget meeting. We embed it in operations and decisions — measured and practical, not a poster in the lobby.

Our Team

Adam Edward Fitting

Founder and Principal Advisor

Adam has spent 25+ years inside the systems most consultants only diagram. He co-founded Triumph Brewing Company, New Jersey's first purpose-built brewpub, and led it as CEO; he later held senior roles at Apple and Tesla. Today, he teaches robotics and engineering to high school students and advises operations from food distribution to flight schools.

He's a certified Stakeholder-Centered Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith organization and an FAA-certified flight instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI) — which is how an executive coaching practice ended up with an airplane.

His systems work has included sustainability since its formative years: while running Triumph, he served on a committee advising LEED standards for restaurants, working through questions like indoor smoking before most governments had banned it.

The thread through all of it is the same: systems. How they actually work, why they quietly fail, and how the people inside them learn to fix them.
